The Ironton test is about everything that we are being tested throughout our lives repeatedly and repeatedly by encountering different situations and people. What we have thought from our earliest infancy is here, but with time our values and skills form differently depending on what we go through and who we allow in our lives. Typically our values are shaped earlier on and with time they become stronger if you truly believe they are what sustain you and the world around. A value can be cherishing kindness or family or being punctual or a value can be democracy. Typically a person with values will do everything to sustain them and is willing to go through everything, because this is what makes him or her special, unique and what keeps him powerful and away from disruptions caused by environment or other factors like time, emotion or fate. A value can also be a strong believe that we keep proving to everyone we encounter. If you succeed in proving your values to be valuable enough, meaning if you manage to sell your values in a way that is determining and strong, you can be considered as a successful person and a person of great honour. If people trust you, it means they trust in what you promote as a human. A value can also be strong believe in one self and unshakable will to inspire and do better the world.

Our knowledges and skills are primarily there to satisfy our own self but as long as we use them to do great story and deliver to humanity and society, then we are respect-worthy. This is why a learner mode needs to be there throughout our whole life. Who are we if we do not acquire and forward what we learn on a daily basis. Our skills same as our values are what makes us in professional environment, those will to a great extend determine our work environment, our salaries, our status. The best thing about it is that with life we become more knowledgeable, even better everything can be learned depending on what you cherish. With the changing world, it is increasingly important to stay up-to-date and learn all languages of today. It is also about being conscious but knowing the bounding of how far are you willing to give yourself away- as well an ironton test.

Our inspiration is as well tested every morning. This is the reason I came with the idea of creating something that is a powerful light-switch in our homes and to become accessible to everyone in the future to start our days right from the start - a more sophisticated smart mirror of the future. We never know what right is, we only know, what have worked, what not, what may and what makes me exceptional - always being inspired and motivated to be able to inspire and motivate. The ironton test is thus the test of life. We experience it every day.
